The Roof Care Plan™ is a maintenance membership from BC&RC Roofing built on four ideas: monitor the roof, maintain its small components, catch problems early, and give members priority access when something goes wrong.
Monitored, top to bottom
A trained roofer checks shingles, flashing, pipe boots, ventilation, penetrations, valleys, ridge and hips, plus your attic when accessible, and documents it all with photos and a written report. Problems get found while they are still small.
Small components, maintained
Gutter cleaning comes with every plan. Higher tiers add gutter maintenance, GeoCell spot fixes and included pipe boot replacements. The small parts that cause most leaks stay handled instead of becoming surprise invoices.
Priority access, known cost
Members go ahead of non members in the schedule. When covered service work is needed, emergency tarping, leak investigation, water testing, minor repairs, you pay your plan deductible instead of an open ended invoice.

What the deductible applies to
The deductible applies when you need covered service work beyond the routine maintenance already included in your plan: emergency tarping, leak investigation, water testing, minor roof repairs and certain service calls. You pay your plan deductible for that visit instead of a full service invoice. It never applies to inspections, gutter cleaning or included maintenance. Those are simply part of membership.
The deductible does not mean every roofing repair is covered. Major repairs, structural work, decking replacement, full roof replacement, storm restoration and other work outside the plan scope are quoted separately, with member priority.
